After the registration, you can login to the system and go to Main Menu > My Acccount > Membership Plan to join the membership plan. You can then go to Book Session to select your tutor and book the timeslots for lessons. Your upcoming lessons will be shown on the dashboard. Simply click "Join Now" button to join the lesson at that time.
The English course is developed by senior experienced English teachers with reference to the England school curriculum (the National Curriculum), blended with the needs of junior students and the playbased learning model, conducted by UK qualified native English teachers.
A desktop, laptop or tablet with camera, speaker and microphone, and a stable broadband internet connection are required. Minimum screen resolution is 1024 x 768 (in pixels).
Please leave your requirements via Whatsapp and state the tutor's name (if any) and the time you prefer to have the lessons. We will try our best to make an arrangement.
We accept credit cards and Paypal. Please go to Main Menu > My Acccount > Membership Plan to select your preferred plan after login.
You can cancel the lesson at any time before the lesson begins.
The lesson ticket will be returned to you if the lesson is cancelled by the tutor.
Yes, you can switch to another tutor after some lessons but it is not recommended to change tutor frequently.
Yes, please contact us via Whatsapp for the refund. We will calculate the refund amount based on the package you purchased and the number of outstanding tickets. Administration fee could be deducted from the amount based on the cost incurred e.g. payment transaction fee.
